Gambas Grillées au Beurre d’Ail et Persil

Ingredients

  • 12 to 16 large prawns (gambas) – preferably fresh, cleaned, and deveined
  • 100 g butter – softened
  • 3 cloves of garlic – minced
  • 1 handful of fresh parsley – finely chopped
  • Salt and black pepper – to taste
  • Juice of half a lemon – optional for extra flavor
  • Olive oil – for brushing
